Job Description

  1. Assurance (Fault resolution) and Re-provisioning / Config for service related Circuits / incidents for a voice network & products/services.
  2. Configuration/Testing of Circuits on company's Network on various NMS of DMS, EWSD, DSL and ATM network, IN, and Voice Product Services.
  3. Delivery quality ticket handling in Siebel CRM: timeliness, consistency and accuracy of ticket entries/activities describing the work carried out.
  4. Excellent Knowledge base on tools like SMARTS, XNG, APT, OHS, Siebel.
