Job Description

Addon Technologies (www.addonusa.com)  is looking for a Technical  / IT Recruiter with US Staffing experience. Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills. Strong Communication skills with a passion for recruitment.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in US Recruitment.
  • Sound Experience working on W2 / Corp-to-Corp requirements.
  • Sound Experience on portals like Dice, Monster, and Corp-to-Corp.
  • Understanding US Tax terms and Visas, Well versed with Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions.
  • Expertise in recruiting H1B consultants Citizens, EADs, and Green Card Holders.
  • Should handle full Recruitment life cycle. Starting from sourcing profiles, screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.
  • Negotiating compensation to maintain acceptable gross margins.
