Technical Delivery Manager (Java FullStack) for Hyderabad | 12-16 Years

Required & Roles
 12+ years of experience in delivering large enterprise application and involved in all the phases of SDLC. 
 Extensive experience in writing proposals for Managed Services Application Development and Maintenance (ADM), Outcome base delivery and pricing in an Offshore/Onshore model with proven success.

 Extensive experience responding to Fixed bid RFP’s.

 To provide leadership to the Senior Technical Managers / Technical Managers / Senior Architects / Architects in running the delivery and operations.

 Very strong in all Enterprise Java frameworks and hands on exposure in (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, Web services, JavaScript libraries, Angular/React, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery).

 Strong hands-on experience on JUnit, Mocking, Jenkin, Sonar, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Cloud foundry, Git, Strong core-java, Jasmine, Grunt and Test Driven Development.

 Good experience or exposure on Micro Services architecture, Docker, Clove, Solar.

 Very strong implementing Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design and clean code principles.

 Experience using DevOps, CI/CD, delivery pipeline culture in the project is must.

 Experience delivering projects using Web 3.0 technologies including Angular2.X.js / React.js with strong ES6 and typescript using object oriented Java script technologies.

 Strong experience using Agile Scrum and Kanban, should be well equipped with metrics including cycle time, velocity etc…

 Strong background culture of delivering projects with First time right and Zero defects in projection.

 Very strong delivering high quality code and following continuous delivery and using static code quality analysis tools (Sonar, PMD, Checkstyle, Findbugs, Fortify etc.).

 Experience in making presentation to customers and internal management team.

 Experience providing program/portfolio metric to the management team.

 Experience using estimation techniques like (Usecase, FP, Story points).

 Responsible for defining delivery metrics across all the projects for measuring delivery, quality and performance of the projects.

 Budgeting, Resource Allocation, Scheduling, Risk Management and Execution & Control Planning.

 Continuous presentations on offering, capabilities and case studies to bring awareness to the customer about the current business.

 Accountable for business development and growth both existing customer and new customers, involved in Presales activities for the business growth.

 Effective budget management, cost management, operation management, deliver high quality within the defined budget.

 Responsible for designing and executing budget, performance review system to fit the organization needs and control the cost and attrition.

 Responsible for developing two-layer approach for developing leadership in the company, defined the process and plan for succession of employees in the organization.
