Develop a deep understanding of Pathfinders POS Applications
Implementation & Training at customer site
Customer support, troubleshooting and providing solutions to the customer
Address urgent issues quickly
Assist with product QA from a user's point of view
Document required bug fixes, end-user feature improvements, and operations feature improvements
Provide feedback from customer users to product development teamDesired Profile:

Work with customer employees and consultants, including business managers and project managers
Diagnose and advice correctives
Overlook Support team on daily activities
Handle First / Second Level Escalations
Handle client meetings on project status updates
Training Team on POS applications
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
