We are seeking an experienced, motivated and innovative Technical Architect. Key contribution of this role is to drive architecture design in projects and give insights to internal and external customer teams on how to proceed in the most efficient manner, to ensure that the services and solutions delivered will be scalable, secure, extensible, maintainable, and meeting performance standards. This role will be responsible to lead the Architecture Design for several simultaneous projects varying in complexity. This position will work closely with the executive team and other members of the engineering team to offer concrete solutions and feature sets that directly impact business results.
Lead the technical areas in the entire project life cycle, from initiation to launch, creating technical specifications documents, technology plans.
Manage stakeholders by structured / unstructured communication channels, collaborate with, and influence leaders in technical operations across all levels, regarding CR/Issues, product features, Release prioritization and project updates.
Oversee team for design, code, test and monitor projects Develop and maintain operational metrics and reporting to accurately measure product performance
Plan, coordinate and execute release plans, unit testing and QA
Collaborate closely with the Sr. Developers & Technical Architects to manage and prioritize the Product backlog
Lead migration of applications / environments
Desired Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
10-15 years overall work experience in IT including at least 5 years in an Architect role and solid experience in complex software development lifecycle processes
Experience on working with Google Cloud Platform
.NET Experience and dealing with quality attributes of enterprise solutions e.g. performance, scalability, availability, reliability, security, etc.
Expertise in strategies to address load balancing, clustering, database partitioning, encryption mechanisms, etc.
Experience in defining end-to-end software architecture for Cloud Solutions
Strong hands-on knowledge of RDBMS technologies and their SQL languages.
Hands on experience with various technology stacks in application development preferably for cloud platform
Experience working knowledge of clustering, virtualization, containers and designing fault tolerant, distributed systems
Hands-on Experience on DevOps is must
Deep expertise on Windows, cloud infrastructure and mobile technology stacks etc.
Must have experience in one of the following - Optical Character Resolution, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning
Exposure to US healthcare processes is a definite plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills for the purpose of providing and explaining technical information to clients (internal & external)
Positively collaborates with other employees and departments to complete objectives
Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies in a software company with short release cycles
Excellent debugging skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to truly understand the full scope and impact of the project requirements.
Must be a core technologist who loves to learn new technology areas
Familiarity and Expertise on Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, C#,MVC, Entity Framework, Web API
Hands on Experience on any two of these languages : Python, Go, Ruby, Java, C#, NodeJS, PHP

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
