Tech Mahindra is Hiring for International voice and Webchat process.

Candidate profile :
Candidate should be having excellent communication skills.
Good at customer handling skills.
Open to work for rotational shifts.
Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.

Qualification :
SSC having 1 year international voice or chat experience into a BPO.
HSC and Graduates having 6 Months domestic/international voice/chat experience process into a BPO.

Ex-Employees are always welcome, subject to eligibility.

Job Description:
Handling customer queries on calls
Providing satisfactory resolution to meet stipulated SLA and AHT.

Process:
Australia Customer care
UK Customer care

Additional Benefits:-

Free Home Pick & Drop facility will be provided
5 working days in a week.
Week off : Any 2 days of the week.
