Good understanding of Social Media Domain and different Social Media Platforms Basic knowledge of Social Media KPIs used to measure the Brand’s performance on Social Media Candidate should have detailed knowledge of Sprinklr Core Modules (Listening , Reporting , Profiling , Publishing, Engagement – Case Management ) Real time project experience of identifying keyword and creating Topic Profiles for listening to both Brand as well as Competitor mentions, analyzing the data and converting the data to insightful reports. Candidate should have experience in publishing content for brands and advanced publishing features like Feed Targeting & Gating. Knowledge of creation & application of Publishing Approval rules , publish macros etc would be of added advantage.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
