Education: Any UG (Through Regular stream only)/PG

Job Description:
Key skills:
  • " Candidates must have experience into Customer service operation (Web chat & Voice process) from an International BPO industry."
  • " Must possess good team handling skills and client interfacing skills. "
  • " Must have Exceptional communication skills"
  • " Participate in calls with the client to understand expectations" provide feedback reports and resolve queries or escalations.
  • " Execute business transformation activities within the team and contribute in Transitions and Process improvements."
  • Note: Candidates from Pune or Mumbai and Bangalore who are ready to relocate to Pune are preferred.
