Job Description
Urgently Required Team Lead Quality with Minimum 1-2 year experience on papers as Quality TL from BPO background. Should have handled the Quality of Chat Process or Blended Process 

* Manage a team of QA’s also should be good in making Quality reports.
* Good in Analyzing fatal errors and non-fatal errors reports which impacting the process and take
corrective/preventive action
* Should Monitor QA’s , deviations & take initiate corrective measures..
* Participate in design of quality parameters & standards (SOP)
* Identify the gaps in current process & systems in order to improve overall
quality of Process.
Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff
* Should have done some certifications in the field of quality assurance, preferably Six Sigma. Should know about 7 tools of quality
Primary Qualifications:
Should be Graduate from any stream
Should have good communication skills both Spoken and written.
Good Excel Knowledge (V lookup- H lookup) with logical approach required.
Job location– E-25, Sec- 63, Noida
5.5 day’s working –Flexible Shift
Good Salary + bonus+ meals+cab (As per location
