Designation: Team Lead 

Job Description:

Manage a team of 10-15 relationship managers (tele-sales) and own targets for the team at a daily, weekly and monthly level

Conduct interviews, evaluate and select relationship managers as per the job description

Handhold new joinees and low performers by liaising with analytics, quality auditors and training to drive significant improvements in their performance

Review daily performance, analyse areas of good and bad performance to come up with improvement plans and execute the same

Make decisions on re-training, PIP etc to improve or phase out consistent low performers

Conduct floor briefings on important communication and drive adherence to key interventions

Conduct one-one feedback sessions to give actionable feedback to the relationship managers to improve their performance

Prepare and circulate key metric reports indicating the health of the team being handled at the desired intervals


1-2 years experience managing teams of minimum 10 people in a sales driven call center scenario

Desired Attributes:

Excellent communication skills - ability to articulate what they think

High amounts of ownership - ability to work and deliver under minimal supervision

Data obsession - Data to be the primary mode of decision making

Leadership - Proven ability to drive performance in a team

Comfort with numbers - can do quick back of the envelope calculations to arrive at a solution
