Job Description
Urgently Required Team Leader (Only from BPO Background Experience) Job Description

Minimum 1 -2 years experience as Team Leader on papers. Should be from Chat/ E-commerce or Blended process
Manage a team of 15-20 CSRs. Monitor and drive teams to ensure all KRAs are achieved.

Team Leaders role is to ensure individual agents are performing as per process SLA’s, reviewing their performance
Team Leaders will meet on a regular basis with their Manager and share the Reports on daily basis. Should be able to take decisions on behalf of team members

The Team Leader is responsible for keeping their agents updated related to process policies and other information of what is happening in the center and anything that may impact on the agents.
Work along with supervisors and Quality team to meet the KPIs.

Attend client con-calls and calibration sessions.
Should be able to join Soon.
Primary Qualifications:
Should be Graduate from any stream
Should have good communication skills both Spoken and written.
Good Excel Knowledge (V lookup) with logical approach required.

Walk in Interview’s – E-25, Secto- 63, Noida Between Monday to Friday (12pm to 7pm)
5 day’s working (Rotational Week off) –Flexible with Shift timings , Good Salary + cab+ bonus+ meals
