Job Description
This role is focused towards generating revenue for the company by selling products (Non Term-Investment Plan, Endowment Plan, ULIP Plan) to prospective customers.

• Handling the team of minimum 10 Members.

• To help them for generate the business through online sales.

• To Motivate them and retain.

• To ensure meeting monthly targets through Online sales.

• To take timely effective meeting.

• Making outbound phone calls on leads provided.

• Mentoring and effective Training.

• Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs

• Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients

• Adhering to processes and quality standards.

• Planning and maintaining leave calendrer of team members



Skills 
• Graduates/Post Graduates with 3 to 6 years of experience in sales, tele sales, outbound sales, inside sales with revenue targets.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in handling a team.

• Good spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Good Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
