Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare project plans and ensure timely delivery of each project

• Manage a team of 15 resources that consists of QA and Researchers

• Manage day-to-day performances and project timelines

• Ensure process compliance and reporting

• Contribute in professional development as per company objectives of his/her team members

• Assist Manager in creating daily/weekly and monthly reports

• Provide creative inputs to enhance performance and processes.

• Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees;

• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to supervisor

Preferred Skills:

• Work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.

• Communication skills – written, verbal and presentation

• Experience in liasoning with piers as well as management

• Planning and organizing

• Prioritizing

• Problem assessment and solving

• Information gathering and monitoring

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Flexibility and adaptability
