Job Description

We are urgently looking out for Team Leader profile at Kankei in Andheri East.

Job Role:

- Managing and motivating a team of Inbound Customer Care Executives. 
- Coaching and mentoring the executives including current team members and new team members

- Responsible for Quality, Call Monitoring,Quality Feedback.

- Leading, motivating and assisting a team.

- Handling escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary

- Client reporting both daily, weekly and monthly etc..

- Conducting employees performance reviews

- Preparing and segmenting client data

- Good in MIS , Excel, word, PPT etc.

- Admin support, coordination with IT, HR and resolving employee issues if any.
