Job Roles And Responsibilities

• Inspired each and every team member to perform and produce their best.

• Determined the duties and responsibilities of individuals in a team.

• Analyzed the individual performance of each team member and motivated them to perform even better.

• Organized training workshops to improve the performance of the members who were lagging behind in terms of performance.

• Analyzed the assigned projects and distributed tasks to the members as per their area of expertise.

• Call Queue monitoring and ensuring smooth operations and discipline on the shop floor

• Mentoring and coaching team members on the job to increase productivity.

• Effectively prioritizing work assignments and managing time accordingly.

• Conduct team meetings and one on one meeting to provide feedback and encourage two way communications.

• Managing my team's daily/weekly/monthly reports and conducting assessments to identify training needs & opportunity for changes.

• Ensuring proper staffing levels are maintained at all times
