RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct design solution sessions with developers and formulated technical solution for the project.
2. Responsible for designing and creating technical frameworks that utilize a full-stack development background.
3. Estimations for the project
4. Creating logical data models and working closely with the DBA for physical implementation of the DB Schema changes required for the project.
5. Responsible for making architectural/design choices to ensure the maintainability / scalability / performance of the applications developed.
6. Responsible for design and code review of the overall project and ensured appropriate best practices are adhered to.
7. Responsible for on-time development completion with low defect rate through close interactions / reviews with the developers
8. Responsible for working with Infrastructure Team for setting up the necessary resources in Dev/QA/Prod regions
9. Responsible for maintaining Information Technology (IT) strategies by researching and implementing technological strategic solutions to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT department.
10. Oversees information systems function for a site, system, or special initiative.

11. Delivers and supports software system solutions that support the operations of their functional areas.
12. Manages at least a single application (or the equivalent capital and/or level of responsibility and complexity).
13. Evaluates all directives, change orders, and projects as to their impact on tactical plans, budgets, and contract compliance.
14. Oversees and implements new subsystems, procedures and techniques; manages implementation/integration projects to ensure deliverables.
15. Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners.
16. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
