Job Description

1. Must have similar [IT/BPO] work experience for 2-6 years in HRSS and MIS (Mandate)

2. Candidates who have attended the interview process with TCS in the last 6 months will not be eligible

3. Should not have more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment (If yes, should be for a valid reason)

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate from Recognized University

Job Location: Bangalore

Required skill set:

• Knowledge of HR Shared Services processes like BGC, Personnel file & Separations would be an added advantage.

• Experience working with various HR Systems and proficiency with PC applications including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint & Outlook also have excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels of management.

• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

• Detail-oriented and organized with good analytic and problem-solving abilities

• Strong knowledge of HR Shared Services processes and the impact to On boarding and Off boarding processes

Job responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proactive personal commitment to the adoption of new processes and working practices

• Maintenance of Personnel files, which will allow for proper audit trail of Documents as per the checklist.

• Providing relevant information of employees for Background check & regular follow ups for closure of reports

• Handing on-Boarding Process, tracking of footfall, new joiners back papers, ensuring timely Employee and offer letter rollout

• Bring together efforts at all service lines levels to ensure proper coordination, flow and maintenance of employee data (on-boarding, records updates, status and personnel changes, HR reports, etc.)

• Managing contracts consultants process from releasing the contracts letter, joining, engagement, payroll, exit, experience letter etc.
