TCS is hiring for collections process (voice process)

Job Description

• Any graduate with minimum 1-2 years of experience in voice process/Tele calling from Collections background only (BE/Btech are not eligible)
• Written and oral communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi language-Mandate

• Able to communicate effectively and co-ordinate with the internal departments.

• Past Experience in auto loan collection for initial and higher delinquent accounts.

• Good Knowledge on MS Excel

• Self-motivating and target oriented person.

Shifts/working days/offs: Day shift/6 days working/1 day rotational off

Location: Bangalore

Roles and responsibilities:

• The agent will be responsible for inbound and outbound calling

• Interact with customers and maintain details of the customer records

• Maintain a follow up tracker for potential customers

• Making daily MIS for supervisors review.
