Job Description

Candidates applying for the role should be well versed with the following

i) MS office/MS Outlook Configuration

ii) Printer Scanner Configuration/ Troubleshooting

iii)Active Directory Activities (Domain Joining, Disable Enable Accounts, User Access Management)

iv)BASIC Networking LAN Troubleshooting

v)VPN Break

vi)Software Installations

vii)ITIL Framework ITSM Tool (Preferably Service Now)



Eligibility:

1. Any Graduates with relevant experience of 2-4years can apply

2. Should have good communication & Comprehension skill.

3. Minimum 15 or 16yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 or 4years Graduation) BE/ B. tech not eligible

4. Willingness to work in any shifts (Including night shifts) can apply.
