Job Description
Opportunity to work in TATA organization

Job location is Noida Sector 62

Position is to provide customer service to PayTM inbound calls

Salary upto 19K, with mostly day shift

Candidate should be fluent in language - Read , write and speak.

Position is with TATA Business Support Services, Sector 62 Noida.

Candidate should communicate in any one Regional language
Minimum 6 months of experience required, in any work/organisation.

Provide high quality customer service resolving customer queries.

Demonstrate ownership and willingness to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Manages all customer communication with the appropriate level of professionalism.
