Ø Update website quick and accurately on a day to day basis
Ø Monthly price checks on the website to ensure the website meets the consumer focus / RMR standards /Creating/checking/updating the static pages on a regular basis
Ø Tariffs Retention management (Tariff by agent manager)
Ø Tariffs display management (Tariff by Agent Manager)
Ø Manage Product Knowledge Database
Ø Tariffs Information Roll-out to all
Ø Analyse suppliers’ performance
Ø Allocate Service ratings to the suppliers
Ø Assist any member of the company on the queries related to Energy
Ø Generate various daily, weekly and monthly reports
Ø Generate top tariffs data
Ø Manage collective campaigns
Ø Website testing
Ø Display a willingness to help others to develop skills in order to achieve goals and improve performance.
Ø Proactively ask for support intervention from stakeholder from other departments whenever required.
Skill:
Ø Excellent Communication Skill (Verbal / Written).
Ø Good Analytical & Comprehension skill.
Ø Good working knowledge ‘Of computer systems’ mainly Excel
Ø Basic knowledge of SQL & MYSQL.
Ø Ability to multi-task & work in a stressful environment at times.
Ø Be organized and capable of working within set time frames, delivering work of a high standard.
Ø Have a flexible approach to shift times.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
