• Should have core implementation expertise in Success Factors PM-GM and Succession Planning business processes at global level
• Should have functional experience in Interfaces, data migration and integration with other integrated talent management functions in SuccessFactors

Role purpose:
• Should have strong experience in implementing Success Factors PMGM and Succession Planning modules and HR business processes for external customers.
• To provide strong expertise in configuring PMGM and Succession Planning modules in terms of implementing global business requirements. Should understand country specific localizations
• Deep expertise in following areas:
o Manage Goal Plan template configuration, Development Goal Plan template configuration, Continuous Performance Management Settings configuration
o Manage PM v12A Form Template, Form Permissions, Route Map configuration
o Manage Rating Scales, Calibration, Home Page configuration
o Manage PM / GM Global role based permission configuration
o Add / Remove employees to PM / GM campaign, Configure PM / GM campaigns
o Manage RBP for PM / GM reports
o Develop PM /GM custom reports / data extracts as requested by markets
o Manage Succession Org chart configuration changes / issues, Org chart configuration changes / issues, Performance -Potential Matrix configuration changes / issues, Position Tile view configuration changes / issues
o Manage positions related configurations / issues
o Manage Succession Planning ad-hoc report / Data extract requests
• Expertise in a proposing the solutions to business. Must have good experience in designing the functional and technical solutions. This role requires build the demo or prototype for the HR systems to present the solution to business leads.
• Coordinate with technical leads, Onsite business leads, Project managers and delivery managers. Accountable for design, build, testing and documentation
