Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:

· Ownership of end to end recruitment process (Requisition, strategizing & planning recruitment events, monitoring, measuring, controlling and continuous improvement).

· Manage and supervise end-to-end Recruitment cycle (Sourcing/Selection/ on-boarding / Process compliance/ MIS)

· Work as an Individual contributor in fulfilling senior roles

· Implement creative sourcing strategies for future & current open positions & execute them with minimal direction.

· Define recruitment SLAs, establish metrics and create MIS

· Achieve the set targets for various conversion rates

· Identify effectively utilize various resource of recruitment to ensure target achievement.

· Plan and strategize recruitment drives.

· Assess, evaluate and empanel recruitment consultants, Job Portal Access Management.

· Bring in continues improvements in sourcing, interview & selection process.

· Create and maintain job Descriptions for all positions and establish competency levels

· Build and nurture a strong Talent Attraction and Acquisition team with right selection, mentoring, providing opportunities and delegation

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications: PG in HR (MBA, PGDM, PGP etc) / B.E, BTech (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience: 12-16 Years of relevant experience (IT consulting, services, products and R & D)

Professional skills: Expert knowledge of sources of talent and recruitment, IT skills, technologies & industry with bulk hiring experience

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

· Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and influence senior executives and delivery managers.

· Decision-Making ability to make decisions which impact on the success of assigned recruitment activities, i.e. results, deadlines and budget and involves team members in making decisions to ensure senior and executive management is informed of the Company's on-going recruitment process and future plans

· Strong leadership and stakeholder management

· Well versed in analytical tools and office MS Office suite to be able to deliver precise, accurate and timely status reports and diagnostic data

· Ability to delegate effectively and acknowledge accomplishments.

· Presentation Skills to be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge as an SME.

· Ability to deliver information in a clear, concise, and logical manner and use of audio- visual media to enhance presentations.

· Flexibility to work over weekends and travel for drives across India as and when required
