Job Responsibilities- 

Responsible for recruitment of allocated skills, Business Unit/Project. Responsible for end to end recruitments. Should be hands on in IT recruitment. Should have extensive experience with Job board, Networking, vendors & Referral handling. Should be responsible for initial short listing of profiles till on boarding applicants. Must be a self - starter have positive attitude and able to handle the work pressure Should be good at MIS and report generation. Should be flexible and good team player. Ability to understand the delivery needs, establish credibility and build effective relationships with them Ability to operate with general guidance. Ability to maintain and coordinate productivity and to effectively manage workloads. Should possess good communication and analytical skills.
