GENERAL DESCRIPTION


Drive continuous improvement culture through training, coordination and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma ,Black Belt /Green Belt from a reputed certifying body/organization with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology .

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Need to have majority and the current work experience in International BPO Domain (Voice Email & Chat support)

Need to have analytical knowledge on measuring KPIs like Effectiveness, Efficiency, TAT, Accuracy.

Need to have knowledge on Time & Motion Study and should have case studies to demonstrate the same on improving efficiency

Need to have knowledge on QC tools 7 QC tool, MS Office (PPT, Excel)

Need to have knowledge on Quality framework (Sampling Methodology/Calibration/Coaching & Feedback)

Good Communication/Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills.

Need to be flexible on shifts and Schedules.

Good People Management and team engagement skills considering the role demands managing 50 team members.

Optional - Knowledge on Six Sigma Methodologies, ISO, COPC, ISMS etc..

Education -

Graduation from recognized university.

Excellent MS office skills including MS Office and presentation and Excel

Six Sigma Process improvement experience (Preferred)

Experience

Need to be a Manager Quality in his/her Current Role or Assistant Manager Quality with a minimum of 4-5 years experience handling large span of control as the current team is around 10-20 (QTLs & QAs)
