Job Description
The Team

We have a role available for a systems engineer demonstrating excellent experience in supporting small to medium enterprises from end to end.

We are a successful and expanding IT services company (MSP StartUp) requiring additional engineers to support our growing customer base.

The Role

This role involves working with key clients, managing all aspects of their IT networks, troubleshooting and resolving issues with core infrastructure applications including server platforms, email, anti-virus, backup, network, and remote access issues.

A solid understanding of both Infrastructure and Networking technologies will be required for the role.

Customer service is paramount in our company and you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as this is a client-facing role.


You must have minimum 2+ years proven experience in supporting Microsoft Server platforms, Applications and client systems in and MSP style environment. MUST HAVE Fluent Communication Skill and willing to work in the US (EST) Shift.

Applicants with certifications will be given preference but not essential.

We will require you to work with the following technologies:

• Microsoft Windows Server platforms, all versions

• Active Directory & Group Policy

• Exchange Server

• SQL Server

• Office 365

• Networking and Firewalls (Ubiquiti and WatchGuard)

• Virtualization platforms: VMware, Hyper-V

• Amazon Web Services

• Microsoft Azure

• Strong desktop support & troubleshooting skills are a must.
