• This is a support project
• Identifiedpeople will be working in PST hours
• They should have SMSGR/WWL (World Wide Learning) business/domain knowledge

What You Need :

• Managing multiple incidents & problems while working in high visibility situations
• Working independently and with minimal supervision to complete tasks and assignments as directed.
• Communicate with corporate customers via email communications regarding problems related to Reporting services.
• Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs; may involve writing custom code.
• Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
• Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.
• Write technical articles and sample programs for Microsoft's knowledge base.
• Work with respective stakeholders to measure and analyze process performance for a larger business process management initiative
• Help with process changes and user education by conducting training to ensure data irregularities are minimized.
• Run and troubleshoot our SQL ETL solution
• Build/Design/Support PowerBI Dashboards for leadership team
