Job Description – Sr. Consultant Performance and Goals

Experience and Certification

 Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors

 Should have handled end to end Performance management and goals implementation, and involved

in more than one implementation

 Preferable experience in SuccessFactors Support

 Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Performance and Goals management; Succession

Development

Responsibilities:

 Requirement gathering and workbook creation.

 Should be experienced in advance topics and enabled various functionalities in Provisioning such as

Objectives, Performance, 360 degree, and Calibration

 Clear understanding of Balance Score Card, Management by objectives, Key results, Goal Metrics,

Competencies, Job specific competencies, Job profile builder

 Goals management and SMART goals configuration

 Configure Performance management and 360 degree appraisals

 Configure calibration

 Configure CDP, IDP

 Configure RBP and Translations

 Conduct Workshops

 Perform Testing

 Performing cutover activates while moving configuration from one instance to another instance.

 Supporting Business SMEs in Data creation and testing.

 Coordinating with data conversion team and integration team for EC related config change and field

mappings.

 Communicating with Business SMEs and testers if any change in the requirement.

Job Description – Sr. Consultant Recruitment & Onboarding

Experience and Certification

 Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management and Onboarding Certification

 Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors

 Should have handled two end to end Recruitment implementations, and involved in more

than one Onboarding implementation

 Preferable experience in SuccessFactors Support

Responsibilities:

 Requirement gathering and workbook creation.

 Should be experienced in advance topics and enabled various functionalities in Provisioning such as

Recruitment, Recruitment Marketing, and Onboarding

 Clear understanding of Application Tracking System, Interview Assessment, Candidate pipeline, Stages

of Onboarding

 Configuration of Job profile builder

 Configuration of Application Tracking system, bulk upload of resumes, resume parsing

 Configure IJP and Referrals

 Configure job requisitions, approvals and notifications

 Configure Interview Assessment

 Configure stages of onboarding

 Configure forms and templates

 Integration of Recruitment to onboarding to Employee Central

 Configuration of career site builder

 Configuration of candidate pipeline,

 Configuration of offer letter

 Perform Testing
