Attend Business Development meetings along with the TL for gathering information on the requirements of the client
Conduct audits and Due Diligence for clients going in for any M&A activity
Prepare project plan for each assignment along with the TL and create work allocations, defined timelines to ensure on-time delivery
Conduct calculations and share with the TL for any M&A project
Draft documents and review the documents prepared by the team (Petitions, Applications, Notices, etc.)
Guide the team towards on-time closures of assignments
Review the team's work for ensuring accuracy, completeness and quality
Visit the Court and all other regulators and ensure that the team visits the Court for all hearings as and when required
Visit clients as per the periodicity defined in their respective contracts or as and when required
Handle queries/ escalations if any and interact with clients to push for sharing of data in cases of delay
Coordinate with the HR, Admin and Accounts teams for ensuring support in hiring, infrastructure and recoveries respectively
Work with the team to troubleshoot; track and minimize bottlenecks in the delivery if any
Liaise with the other functional TLs and Sub TLs for cross-functional assignments if any
Interact with the Official Liquidator, Clients and other authorities (MCA, Advocate, CA, NCLT, ROC etc.) for document submissions (Findings/ Reportings etc.), pending cases, to address issues or unresolved queries if any and to obtain clearances
Follow up with stakeholders or ensure follow ups by the team for billing/ invoicing and recovery as per the defined timelines
Co-ordinate with the client for outstanding recoveries
Participate in the daily posers, knowledge sharing, engagement activities and tests organized by company
Encourage Team Members for using the knowledge bank and provide inputs on practical deployment of legislations and regulations
Be actively involved in hiring as well as in maintaining the morale, performance and engagement levels within the team
Identify individual training and developmental needs and share the same with Services and HR team
Encourage team members to continuously improve their knowledge and skills, relevant for their effective performance
Participate in weekly meetings with the Partners and TLs to discuss learnings of the week and flag issues/ concerns if any
Conduct weekly meetings with the team (TLs, Team Members, and Trainees) to plan for the work deliverables and to review the actionable (recoverable/ invoicing, escalations etc.)
Conduct daily team meetings to discuss execution and bottlenecks in delivery
Attend the fortnightly and monthly reviews with the Partners and TLs to ascertain the progress on each assignment.
