Job Description
The Strategy and GTM Manager will own the Topcoder-Wipro co-selling/co-delivery relationship with the primary responsibility of driving revenue from sell-thru deals where customer is not working with Topcoder field sales team. The role will drive and manage interlocks with BUs, support GTM activity, and report on performance across BUs, geographies, and service lines. She/he will also drive, support, and report on enablement for Wipro teams (BUs, SLs, GEOs) to improve/impact sell-with deal flow, win rates, and deal . The ideal candidate will possess a business development background that enables them to engage with BU, Service Line, and Account leaders. She/he should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and possess enough understanding of architectures and methodologies they can work with technical teams as required. The role will report into the Topcoder Head of Strategy and Alliances (Sales) and work closely with Offering, Marketing, Delivery, and other members of the sales organization. Responsibilities Position Topcoder into the right large scale deals where there is no sell with function and work to maximize Topcoder revenue from same. Ensure these deals are properly managed in CRM and reported. Drive enablement programs to increase the % of employees with Topcoder/crowdsourcing as skill - develop reporting on both the activities and impact of these programs. This will include general Topcoder/crowd enablement as well as Service Line specific offerings: Crowd First QA, Crowd First Analytics, Crowd First Digital. Support Wipro Account sales and delivery teams to ensure realization of revenue by Topcoder. Engage with Wipro BU and Account leaders acting as the Topcoder expert focused on the unique aspects of the Wipro-Topcoder relationship Conduct Quarterly Reviews with joint Topcoder and Wipro leadership and assist Topcoder and Wipro management in monitoring progress towards strategic goals Provide feedback to Topcoder colleagues and leadership regarding market intelligence, competition, knowledge gaps and other valuable insights gained while working with Wipro teams
