JOB DESCRIPTION- ASSISTANT STORE MANGER

Position: Assistant Store Manager

Experience Band:- 2 to 3 yrs.

Reporting To (Designation):Store Manager

Function: Retail Operations

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA

Age: 20-25 yrs.

Position Objectives:

Responsible for serving as the lead assistant to the Store Manager and provide additional management by the coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operations in an individual Store
Major Job Responsibilities include:-
 To supervise the whole store operations within the shift in terms of sales and overall cleanliness of the store,
 To ensure Store Assistant’s proper endorsement of shift, adherence to shift timing & grooming standard,
 To Check in-stock condition of the store,
 To ensures, verifies, updates the accuracy of store documents like sales report, sales book, shift recap, communication log, delivery log, inventory log, receiving log, special item log, STS form etc.,
 To ensure and provides customers fast and friendly service at all times,
 To attend customer complaint and accomplishes incident report and submits promptly to the respective,
 To check and maintain intactness of cash & follows proper cash management particularly on dropping procedure
 Training and Coaching of all Store Assistants
 Monitoring and control Attrition of Sore Assistant
Desired Candidate:-
 Minimum Graduate in any stream
 Computer savvy person, proficient into MS office especially in excel & Word,
 Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
 Strong analytical & decision making skills
 Able to Handle a Team


JOB DESCRIPTION- STORE MANGER

Position: Store Manager Experience Band:- 3 to 5 yrs.

Reporting To (Designation): OFC (Area Manager) Function: Retail Operations

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA Age: 25 to 35 yrs.

Position Objectives:

Responsible for the seamless operations of assigned store by directing all operational aspects of the store and drive sales and profitability whilst minimizing cost.

Major Job Responsibilities include:-

 To effectively manage the Store P&L within allocated budget in order to attain a profitable performance for the Store

 Ability to communicate effectively and drive results

 Drive innovative ideas to generate business and must have in depth understanding of market to maintain competitive awareness and making plans accordingly.

 Custodian of Brand image, very effective in maintaining best in class visual merchandise and customer service.

 To ensure that all team members follow policies and SOP’s religiously

 Ability to create a positive work environment and retain top talents in his team.

 To train, challenge, motivate, encourage and provide constructive guidance to Assistant Store Managers and team members to all areas of effective operations, Brand promotion, Customer service, Basic Store hygiene

 Training and Coaching of all Store Assistant in Store

 Monitoring and control Attrition of Sore Assistant
