Job Description
1. The core function and scope of the Asst Manager SCM:

2. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service in the inventory team

3. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

4. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, courier partners and consumers

5. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

6. Arrange and plan out warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

7. Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

8. Supervise, coach and train the inventory team

9. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

10. Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements

11. Comply with laws, regulations and OHS & E requirements

12. Continuously look for improvements to operations

13. Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations
