Duties and responsibilities * Hands on experience in managing and troubleshooting of storage arrays. * Performing Health Checks on all the SAN devices in the environment. * Experience in creation of Devices, Extents, and Virtual Volumes and allocating to Storage Views in Vplex. * Experience in reclaim the storage from Windows and Linux servers from various storage arrays. * Proactively involve in troubleshooting issues day to day SAN Storage and host related issues quickly. * Experience on planning, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Fiber Channel and SAN / NAS solutions based upon customer and business needs on various storage arrays and Brocade and Cisco FC Director / Switches. * Having hands on experience in port allocation for new servers and port swapping and troubleshooting whenever the issues will happen. * Good experience with soft and hard zoning in a large Brocade and CISCO switched fabric environment using SSH, WEBTOOLS, CMCNE. * Monitoring Switches in the Fabric environment and troubleshooting Switch Problems. * Experience in new server builds for Unix and Windows Hosts. * Experience in Migrating the data from one storage array to another storage using Vplex. * Excellent documentation, troubleshooting and customer relation skills for common day to day operations.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
