Location - Jammu / Shimla 

Salary -Fixed Minimum Salary 2.5 Lacs Per Annum + 1.5 lacs ( 40% commission on own and agent sales total average you earn 4lac to 6 Lacs a year )

Responsibilities-
5 agents will be attached( freelance) ,
Any Insurance sale by agent will give 30% Incentives to DM , 40% commission on DM own insurance sale ,

Example 5 lacs insurance sale by agent will get 1.5 Lacs commission to DM,

Laptop will be provided Or Rs 800 will be paid per month , foreign trip on 6 lacs target achievement , Mobile expenses, conveyance etc applicable

On target achievement of 6 lacs, salary will becomes 4 to 7acs
Insurance Cover -Company with give Life coverage for 10 lacs and 2lacs medical insurance for 5 membres in Family
