Job Description
Minimum 2-5 experience in managing a team in IT Recruitment in a staffing company

Handling a team of 4 IT recruiters.

Assign daily/weekly/monthly targets for the team. Ensuring the targets to be achieved.

Screening the sourced resumes of the Team and processing the same to client for shortlisting.

Hands on experience in sourcing and screening of profiles from job portals and other networking sites.

Good Knowledge in complete recruitment cycle.

Good understanding of technical skills and sourcing skills for technology positions.

Good communication - oral and written.

Self driven to achieve assigned targets under excess pressure.

Ability to research, understand the business process

Excellent learning skills, and maintaining good relationships with candidates and Clients.

Strong work ethics and sense of commitment.

Ambitious, competitive, aggressive and passionate to succeed.

Key Skills:

Should have handled 3-4 team members and met individual and team targets.

Should have worked for many Clients/Technologies.
