They are a fast growing healthcare company (Sales & Marketing) with operations in major metros of India.

They are Business Associates in India for Catalysis, S. L., a multinational company based out of Spain and Cebelia, a multinational based out of Paris. It is dedicated to research and development of products in the Dermo Cosmetic.

Catalysis and Cebelia will be operating in India through Kshipra Health Solutions LLP.

Here is an excellent opportunity to be associated with a start up organization having tremendous potential for growth. Operations have already started in Mumbai, Gujarat, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi and Chennai.

They require self motivated and smart candidates with a thirst and zeal for unending knowledge and ambitions to make it big in life.

Positions are for the first line in sales.

JOB DESCRIPTION: -

You will be responsible for Sales and Marketing of our Dermo-cosmetic Products to Various Specialties of Doctors.

We require B-Pharma/B.Sc (Biology, Biotech, and Botany), B.Com fresh graduates or candidates having below one year of work experience.

MBA fresher’s can also be considered.

Excellent English Communication and thorough Scientific Knowledge is a MUST.

 Establish the concepts of all products and effectively communicate them to Doctors

 Utilize selling skills effectively to generate the demand and business from doctors

 Execute the plan, agreed with Scientific Sales Manager, effectively and give regular feedback regarding the same

 Conduct CMEs and group meetings as agreed.

 Focus on updating one’s knowledge and skill

 Achieve Sales as well as Activity Targets

 Develop KOLs on basis of business and clinical interests.

Compensation:

Fresher Graduates - CTC will be INR 2, 50,000/- per annum plus allowances, mobile expenses and unique incentives.

MBA fresher’s, CTC will be INR 3, 00, 000/- per annum plus above mentioned perks.

Candidates with up to one year of work experience into sales profile will also be considered.

Salary for experienced candidates depending on their last CTC however, not more than 3, 00,000.


The candidate will be on six months probation, post six months based on the performance he/she will be a confirmed team member of KHS.
