Job Description
Should have good experience working with Direct clients

Should have at least 7+ years of Experience in US IT Recruitment.

Should have good understanding of US taxation terms such as W2, Corp-Corp and 1099 and US Visa's

Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends

Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites

Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, etc.)

Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving target

Must have command over various search tools & techniques.

Must be familiar with US work authorization, visas etc.

Very Strong communication and inter personal skills

Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
