Should have excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, Screening, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations,

Strong understanding of the immigration process and experience working with W2/1099/C2C/GC/EAD/US Citizens/TN Visa/H1B work Authorization.

Develop recruitment strategy and comprehensive recruitment planning and effectively work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with both external and internal hiring efforts.

Identify and source appropriate talent for current/open roles within the organization and proactively recruit, source and develop a talent pool.

Utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, personal network to source candidates.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective written, verbal communication skills, & interpersonal skills.

Will perform a high number of warm and cold calls (phone) to develop leads and business opportunities with candidate prospects.

Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis

The candidate will be individual contributing recruiter who will be responsible to hire IT & Non IT professionals on various skills.

Working with US Citizens & Greecard consultants is an added advantage.

Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining a continued relationship with the existing clients of the company

Excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, Screening, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations.

Interacting with the client Managers on daily basis & Gathering the requirements from different Client Business Unit Heads/ Account Heads.

Work closely with the recruitment team in providing time-bound response to the client needs, thus enhancing the association with the clients.

Build relationships with vendors for contract opportunity. Proactively negotiate contract rates with vendors.

Establish and maintain good working relationships with hiring managers Involved in the closing the background check of the candidates before a candidate is on boarded for specific location.

Candidate must be Organized, Ethical and Punctual with excellent communication skills.

Confident in their abilities, Innovative and should possess high levels of Energy.

Good understanding of the various technologies and the ability to screen resumes and understand the requirement.
