As a Sr. Sales manager, you would be responsible for leading and guiding a team of Sales Managers in the organization. The day to-day tasks would include achieving these high level goals.
Job Responsibility: -
• Build a sales strategy for the organization based on the objectives set out by management. • Prepare detailed sales plan by listing out the Sales goals and targets to achieved by the organization • Assign Sales goals and targets for the different members in the team • Analyze sales trends using data from various channels • Hire the junior members of the sales team across India • Provide Sales training to members in the team on a quarterly basis • Analyze competitive trends in the industry • Prepare reports on monthly basis for the Management • Create promotions for the partners to be run on regular basis. Decide the list of SKU’s along with respective percentages based on management strategy • Work on demand estimation from the various platforms and work with the purchasing team to keep the products in stock • Coordinate with the Creative team to create marketing collaterals to be used across the channel • Plan marketing and branding objectives. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors • To do market research in order to understand the requirement of Client. • Be willing to travel to the territories on regular basis

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
