Location: Mumbai region Post: 2 Job Responsibilities:- • Achieve set Sales targets • Develop New Markets and customers in the assigned territory / Market for sustained business Growth • Know the served Territory and Markets thoroughly and keep a close watch on competitor’s activities, their strength, weakness etc., to enable Company to develop appropriate Business Strategy for Growth. • Develop close rapport and personal relationship with the customers and prospects in the assigned territory. • Make proper sales call planning so as to ensure time and cost effectiveness Salary / Compensation : • As per Market norms for the right candidate Requirements Educational Qualification:- • Graduate or Diploma in Engineering of any discipline with good communication skill in English Experience:- • Not less than 5 – 6 years hardcore field experience in Capital Equipment selling preferably to Packaging Industry Market segments like Foods & Beverages, Chemicals & Pesticides, Personal care Products, Pharmaceuticals, Lub-oil, Diary (Milk Powder) etc., • Field experience in Export markets to sell Capital Equipments shall be given additional weight. • Experience to identify and create potential dealers / Third party Commission agents to develop targeted new Geographic segments and work through these Sales net-work and achieve set Goals and Target will be an advantage • Must have worked in a competitive Market environment, and should be result oriented. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
