Job Description
Role overview

We are looking for a HR Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.


• Plan and strategise HR and Recruitment Projects, Objectives, Goals, Aims, Stakeholders, Audience etc. (Handling end-to-end recruitment)

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand resources requirement for growth of the company.

• Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)

• Source candidates through online channels (e.g. Professional Networks and Portfolio Sites: Naukri, Times & Monster)

• Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes

• Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews

• Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions

• Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance

• Determine qualification criteria for each position (Educational qualification, experience, technical and communication skills)

• Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs

• Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)

• Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process

• Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate

• Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation

• Scheduling and tracking shortlisted candidates till they join. (Help new hires onboard.)

• Reach monthly recruitment targets assigned


• Minimum work experience of 2-5 years candidates are preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (Job Portals)

• Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)

• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting (Preferably BPO)

• Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
