  • Advanced support of Windows Server Operating System
  • Leading high severity outage calls
  • Managing DR activities
  • Disaster recovery planning and execution
  • Administration of local users & groups
  • Perform RCA for reoccurring incidents and high severity incidents
  • Providing capacity planning inputs
  • Work on Service Improvement Plan.
  • Creates, Contributes and Implements to best practices of Operation
  • Innovation for man hour reduction.
