Minimum Graduate BCOM / BE / BBA
Preferably MBA (Marketing) / PGDBA (Marketing) from a reputed Business School
Experience Minimum 10 years and above experience
BPS / IT BPO/ Offshoring / Outsourcing
Industry Vertical BFSI ( Banking & NBFC Preferred )
Industry Horizontals
CLM Voice and Non Voice & Digital (Omni Channel) Must have
RPA, Analytics Good to have
Knowledge and experience of Collections Voice + Field Preferred
Back Office, Shared Services ( FAO) Preferred
skillset Desired

Overall good understanding of Sales/ BD Role in B2B Enterprise Sales BPS / IT BPS
Ability to carry sales quota and drive numbers with aggression and solid track record of achieving large Sales Order Book and Revenue Realization Min 100 /150 million INR and above deals
Go Getter and Self Starter
Ability to understand client business challenges and suggest a consultative/challenger sales approach to the business problem resulting in stitching together a compelling value proposition to the end buyer
Strong Interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of RFP/ Pre Sales Working closely with Solutions team to structure and close deals
Strong Client Management Skills
Excellent Communication skills Written and Oral
Excellent Collaboration Skills
Strong Negotiation Skills
Ability to work under pressure
Strong Team player
Strong Account Mining / Farming skills
Willingness to Travel
Ability to create and generate demand within key large accounts keeping in mind the existing market trends in the BPS- IT BPS Industry
