Job Description
Experience: 7+ Years 

Duties


The Senior Manager’s duties would include planning, coordinating and directing the review and testing of Escrow/trust bank reconciliations, CDs/HUD-1s (closing statements) with proper receipt and disbursement procedures and title insurance rates and premiums that are prepared by agents using copies of data that are supplied to the corporate offices. Testing of deposits and disbursements in relation to the closing statements will be performed. Recalculate the title premiums charged by the agents and the premium remittance to the underwriter. Operations Settlement Title Audit to determine whether adequate internal controls exist to ensure that the operation is in compliance with the provisions of the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) requirements as well as title audit attributes. 
  • Prepare audit reports using proprietary software for distribution to internal management. 
  • Perform quality control reviews of audit work papers that are prepared by Field auditors as and when necessary based on target deadlines. 
  • Manage work flow to meet departmental goals in a timely manner. 
  • Communicate frequently with onshore counterparts 
  • Reviews all reports of examination and related working papers before distribution. 
  • Prepares and makes presentations for Budget and other ad hoc reports as required by the Audit Committee. 
Experience and other requirements 

• Audit experience from Big 4 audit firms.

• Title insurance industry including real estate closings experiences a plus.

• Auditing, banking, mortgage processing or related experience required.

• Team handling experience for 3 years or more.

• US B1 visa holder preferable 

Knowledge/Qualifications/ Technical Competencies: 

• Excellent math skills and ability to analyze numerical data

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be detail oriented with ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of 20 resources.

• Ability to meet deadlines and productivity goals
