All qualified applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status Mission PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: Operations of the Corporate and Investment banking activity (OPER) is engaged in a strategy to improve its operational efficiency and secure its processes bring more value on its operating model improve client experience and journey with Societe Generale To achieve above objectives, OPER Strategy transformation program is launched with several programs to develop OPER digital toolbox: STP in core systems Client Web portal Robotic Automation Client Tiering / Oper Contact Referentials Business Process Management / PEGA COE On-Boarding Program Integrated Post Trade desktop Case Management Program - CMT The CMT BA team will have the responsibility of: Working with users in deploying change in email management methods Improving the process associated with written client interaction Identify areas of improvement and/ or automating aspects of email management Work with the Project & ITEC team in prioritising enhancement requests & bug fixes Define & execute the rollout plan for OPER India We are looking for a Business Analyst / Change Specialist to join the OPER team dedicated to with the following responsibilities : Launch and deliver studies to achieve above requirements Primary contact for any CMT project requirement Coordinates with Users, Project and ITEC teams MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES As CMT Business Analyst, the candidate will be mainly in charge of: Promoting CMT strategy across all OPER teams : Organise presentations / process review with different teams Assess requirement and define if CMT is eligible and deliver opportunity studies for any new team Propose CMT functional design by using POC approach Follow-up on project execution and change management Experience: 5 to 10 years experience in similar context Minimum 2 years experience in project management Profile KEY SKILL AREAS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Strong Project Management skills Strong knowledge in operational macro processes of different asset classes trade capture, booking controls, confirmation, settlement, payment , reconciliation Able to work in high pressure environment Very good communication skills both written and Oral - able to adapt communication to all levels. Good skills to lead contributions to the project Good understanding of Front to Back trade processes Former experience in CIB operations and operations knowledge in different asset classes is a plus BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCY REQUIRED: Demonstrate strong cooperation and team spirit to work efficiently with all departments Result-driven behaviour to ensure assigned goals are achieved on time with optimal use of allocated resources Client orientation mindset Pro activity and proposition making attitude EXPERIENCE: 8-12 years experience in Investment Banking, with minimum 4-5 years as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Transversal role Evolution
