Job Description
• Working from customer lists and/or database, making outbound (cold/warm) calls to find qualified leads in the International Market.

• Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone selling skills to promote client's products.

• Understand the particular offering of the client organization.

• Focused on achieving/ exceeding daily/ weekly/monthly targets defined for self and team.

• Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.

• Conduct targeted surveys to identify the right business opportunity from prospects.

• To work towards achieving the highest level of client customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria: 
• Excellent English communication skills and basic working knowledge of MS Office.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential.

• Must demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively; excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• 2+ yrs of call center or telesales experience using consultative selling skills preferred.

• Candidate must be a self-starter and demonstrate the commitment to the task in a highly competitive sales environment

• Previous work experience in B2B sales/ Lead Generation is an advantage.

• Previous work experience in the Outbound BPO International process is preferred.

• Must be a Graduate.
