Who are we looking for?
A mid-senior level Project lead to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in Transport/shipping domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience - 8+ Years
  • 6+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, ideally within a global company.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure delivery and IT Operation Management.
  • Should have experience in Security infrastructure
  • Should have fair technical understanding of Information security etc.,


Process Skills:
  • Operations manager involves overseeing and having responsibility for all the activities in the organization which contribute to the effective production of goods and services.
  • Understanding of organizational structure, the exact nature of tasks that are classified under the operations function, understanding the strategic objectives
  • To resolve all tickets/incidents and escalations in adherence to SLA timelines and security guidelines.
  • To perform value addition activities such as training/mentoring, implementation of best practices.
  • Knowledge sharing and Knowledge base review and management through effective & timely documentation
  • To ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction through calls/discussion to ensure correct resolutions
  • To adhere to agreed process and quality standards; and, company policies
  • Participate in architectural reviews and suggest improvements to generate more opportunities or to reduce the cost
  • Proactively resolve issues that challenge project schedule, scope, cost, or quality and (1.) Incident Management + Change Management (Planning & Execution)
  • To perform Root Cause Analysis and problem management to ensure that the correct resolutions are provided for capacity planning and architectural planning
  • Planning and controlling change.
  • Developing an operations strategy
  • Designing the operation's products, services and processes
  • Improving the performance of operation
  • Managing quality assurance programs.
  • Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
  • Basic Knowledge on networking components such as Router, Switches, Firewall, Load Balancer, WAP, WCLs, WAN appliances etc.,
  • Experience of working in ITIL environment
  • Experience of Network/Infrastructure management would be a plus.
  • Ensure that the project costs and expenditures are aligned with the Annual Operating Budgets.
  • On - call Escalation, Ticket Quality measurement.
  • Process adherence & Security compliance
  • Customer feedback ( Appreciations, CSAT survey results)
  • KB preparation and review, Knowledge sharing & documentation


Behavioral Skills:
  • Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills
  • Network Infrastructure Certifications is a plus
  • ITIL certification a strong plus


Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience; Master's Degree preferred.
