End to End Recruitment through paid and unpaid Job Boards, Social Media, LinkedIn and Internal references, salary negotiation, fitment and offer letter preparation till final closure of any requisition.
Managing consultants, Ref checks, BGV
Sourcing, Short listing, scheduling, conducting Interviews, Taking care of Internal Job positing process (IJP) in co-ordination with Resource Management
Managing employee referrals and their payout
Making the best use of all the sourcing techniques to process the best of the profiles - networking, recruitment agencies, mass mailers, gathering employee referrals, portals (Naukri, Monster) and networking sites like LinkedIn , Facebook, whatsapp
Scheduling and coordinating with the technical panel and the candidates for the interview process.
Working closely with the team members and supporting in closing critical positions
*Induction & Orientation :
Handling joining formalities and Circulate Welcome note to the Organization for every new joiner
Conducting Induction Presentation for the new joiners about the Company and its policies in brief
Scheduling & organizing induction & orientation programs for newly hired employees
Introducing the new joiners to the respective Team Leaders and other Team Members
Regularly interacting with the new joiners and making them feel comfortable in the new environment
*Employee Relations & engagement:
Understanding employees' concerns, escalating to appropriate levels and ensuring resolution of the concern
Managing the entire suggestion program and escalating the issues faced/suggestions given by the employees to the concerned department heads and ensuring the resolution of the same
Conducting Skip Level Meetings.
Taking Managers/TL feedback through Google forms on regular Basis.
Coordinate in Motivation Scheme through attendance reward, appreciation letter best suggestion scheme, employee of the month
Reward & Recognition programme, Monthly activities, festive events etc. to ensure smooth employee relations and to ensure togetherness and we feeling
Organizing Birthday Party end of the month
Assigning different tasks like Recruitment profiles, Giving briefs about the requisite skills and mandate things within the profile involved
Training Team members as and when required
Helping in Search creation, Negotiation
Assigning other Day to Day tasks related Human resource, documentation, attendance leave management, policy adherence checking (ID Cards and Formals)
Event management and arrangements
Birthday, work anniversary celebration
Rewards and recognition program (Getting Momento, Certificates and Vouchers ready)
Getting things done through team being exemplary, motivating team whenever required.
Maintaining a track of teams’ Daily Status Report.
