Intermediate level knowledge of digital marketing services like Social media, SEO and PPC
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Client servicing experience in a digital marketing or ad agency
Client Account Management Responsibilities:
Meeting clients and understanding client requirement
Coordinating with the operations team and create workflows
Ensure delivery of work as per the contract and the schedule
Create and share work reports with the client and the management
Maintain process flow and documents
Take care of quality check and analysis
Support sales team with the relevant and required information

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
