Job Description
Maintaining relationship with existing clients.

Following up with existing clients for bookings.

Assisting sales for appointments.

Negotiation of rates with shipping liners and IATA agent.

Space allotment with liners.

Vessel schedules prior to bookings to be updated to customers.

Target new clients.

Building relationship with liners/carriers/IATA/vessel agents/custodians.

Incremental biz follow up with nomination clients.

Follow up on sales leads with agents.

Attending inquiries from agents.

Following up with agents of new biz.

Giving information to agents on biz leads rather than just regular follow up. 
Assuring the service level to the customer from the team.
